Inconel 718 Stud Bolts

Inconel 718 is a precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium alloy that delivers significantly higher tensile and yield strength than Inconel 625, while retaining strong corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures. This combination makes it the standard choice for high-pressure compressor casings, turbine fasteners, and critical bolting in wellhead and Christmas tree assemblies where both strength and corrosion resistance matter.

We supply Inconel 718 stud bolts to ASTM B637, in double-end and tap-end configurations. Sizes from M6 to M48. All material supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates as standard. 3.2 witness inspection available on request. Material age-hardened to AMS 5662 condition for maximum strength.
